What to Expect at Your First Appointment

We want to help you achieve the smile of your dreams and the best in dental health. Please fill out our new patient forms completely and bring them with you to your first appointment.

For your first appointment also, please bring in your insurance information, policyholder card, or group number in order to expedite insurance processing. Helping you with the submission of insurance claims is a courtesy we offer all of our patients.
